Care Guidelines
IMPORTANT: Linens are sensible to get mold growth quickly.
In order to avoid extra charges or losing your security deposit after using linens please make sure they are well cared for and stored properly. Please follow the guidelines below until our team picks them up.

- Remove any leftovers and do not store them in plastic bags.
- Do not store or fold them if they are wet or humid, just stretch them in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- If the linens are dry package them in a plastic bag.
- Do not wash them in case they get dirty.
NOTE: Damaged linens which are returned with stains such as ink, slime, candle wax, or burn holes will be charged as new.

IMPORTANTE: Las telas son sensibles al creciento del moho facilmente.
Para evitar cargos adicionales o perder el depósito de seguridad después de usar los manteles o servilletas, por favor asegúrese de cuidarlos y almacenarlos correctamente siguiendo las pautas que se mencionan a continuación hasta que sean recogidos por nuestro personal.
1- Retire los restos de comida y no los empaque en bolsas plasticas.
2- Si estan mojados o humedos no deben guardarse ni doblarse, solo extenderlos en un area fresca y bien ventilada.
3- Si están secos se pueden empacar en bolsas plásticas.
4- En caso de ensuciarse o mancharse no deben lavarse.
NOTA: Las manteles o servilletas que regresan dañados con manchas tales como: tinta, slime, cera de vela o quemados seran cobrados como nuevos.
