MAY I PICK UP RENTAL STUFF?

Yes, you may pick them up. As long as, you will have an appropriate vehicle. Some exceptions apply.

DOES THE DELIVERY SERVICE HAVE A COST?

Yes, it depends on the event delivery address. It fee start in $30.

What kind of cover may I have to use for a table?

*if you do not want to cover the table from the top to the floor, you can choose 60x120in tablecloth.

**if you want to use a sash to decorate the table you have to choose a 132in round tablecloth.

Which is the way to reserve an order?

You have several ways to reserve an order.

1- Log in to the website: www.dluxe-events.com, select all the items and put in your cart and call us to pay through phone.

2- Simply call us to create and pay the order through the phone.

3- Calling us to create the order paya deposit to reserve the date and call us again a week before your event to pay in full.

Note: The order have to be pay in full before the delivery day in order to be dispatched.

How much spaces do I need for a Tent?

All our tents require stakes pounded into the ground to safely secure the tents. Typically, stakes will be set anywhere from 5 to 10 feet away from the tent. This can add as much as 20 feet to the overall dimension of the tent. Our staff can provide specific dimensions based on your tent. As a general rule, you should add 10 to 12 feet to each dimension of the tent. For example, a 40’ x 60’ tent may require an area 52’ x 72’. These rules of thumb differ for sailcloth tents. If you have any questions or concerns about the space required for a tent, our staff can schedule a site visit.
